Thank you for your question. As you may know, one of the signs of the apocalypse is that there will be false prophets that will deceive many. Jon and Kate, as well as all those irritating souls from those real housewives shows have deceived us all into believing that their shows are "entertainment". This may very well be a sign.

Things have been a bit busy here at the Vatican. The new pope has been doing some recruiting of late. He is trying to lure in the Anglicans back into the fold. It has been almost 450 years since they split off, but we always knew they'd be back. Once we get them, next will be the Eastern Orthodox, then Protestants and who knows...maybe even the Jews!
