clothier mourns the passing of Natasha Richardson. clothier, however, is amazed that someone captured her run down the beginner's slope earlier this week. clothier is going to Hell.

I am sorry for clothier's loss.
I admit to wondering which tasteless WOTard would bust our cherry by posting something re: Ms. Richardson's untimely death. I must admit Mr. 95 does earn some style points by doing the dirty deed while at the same throwing clothier under the bus.

I must admit when I first heard of her untimely demise from this vale of tears i had no idea who she was.

I don't know whether I'm not part of some inside joke or something but the above clip is the famous "agony of defeat" footage from Wide World of Sports and when Jim McKay wiped-out at the base of a ski jump. I could never look at Mr. McKay again without cringing due to the obvious swelling of his head (something former ice skater Scott Hamilton clearly suffers from, as well).

oh, scotty hamilton's head isn't big, it's his body that's small. Didn't you hear the story? He's the only known survivor of a head transplant. He was like, 6'4 in his regular body, but he had some sort of cancer/flesh eating disease, and the only body they could find that was a match to him belonged to a dwarf.

anyways, he was one of the kids on that little people show on tv, but he was like a little bigger then they were, so they didn't want to keep him.

Wow. How disrespectful pow. Really. On an equally sad note, today clothier also mourns the passing of Tiger great Mark Fidrych.
In hoping to pay a little more respect than that put forth by one Mr. Pastramionwry, clothier offers the following and tearful tribute to The Bird.

He pitched a Monday night game against the Yankees, and that will always be one of my fondest baseball memories. He was quite an interesting character. I read he pitched 29 games his first year and 24 were complete games. Guys don't do that in entire careers any more. Sorry for the expression of genuine emotion. I promise I won't let it happen again.

sorry I've been gone for a couple days, I was helping put together the services for my friends.
Ron Jeremy is going to deilver the eulogy for Marilyn. Bring the kleenex, he's quite the speaker.
Harry Kallas has left us as well, and last week, one of the great nick names of all time dies.
Marvin The Human Eraser Webster has left this vale of tears.
I am overwhemled. Fahklempt, if you will.

Today, unfortunately, clothier mourns the death of Bea Arthur.
And, tomorrow and as a tribute, he will order the IHOP pancake which tastes like a shoe.

I posted this elsewhere, but since you brought it up....
Yes, I know that you hate all things Mel Brooks, but, the lovely and talented Ms. Arthur makes my favorite on-screen appearance at approximately the 1:30 mark.
I had a friend who was recently laid off and he would tell me that he was "going to see Bea Arthur," which I took for some other kind of euphemism until I saw this clip.
For those that care, I would grade the video clip as PG-13, so keep that in mind if you are viewing in the office with the audio turned way up or with the little kiddies around.

I believe the only avowed Mel Brooks hater in the group is Mr. 95. It may be the result of what my dad would've called a "goyishe kup".

Loved the Bea Arthur / Adrienne Barbeau photoshop deal. By the way, were my buddies the only ones that nick-named her "Adrienne Barboob" or was that commonplace?

No, you just posted in the MORNING. I think you were confused.
Am I the only one who noticed that with the passing of Bea Arthur, the renowned dinner party discussion regarding which of the Golden Girls you would rather bang seems just a little wrong now?

OK, here's what's even more wrong. I actually found the "Golden Girls" funny. Anything and everything Mel Brooks: not so much. Sue me.

Yeah - but, that doesn't really answer the question of which of the Golden Girls you would rather bang.
Please stay on topic.

What was the subject, again? Elliott Gould movies?
