| So, if you haven't seen this yet, you should go. It was oddly sad, and didn't hit you over the head with the message, and was funny as well.
and any movie that features music from "Hello Dolly" is well worth seeing.

| I can only guess that Mr. Cox was born somewhere in Michigan or else you would never bother mentioning it. My favorite Wally Cox fact is that he was friends with Marlon Brando. And yes Mr. 95, I admit to being a sucker for a good dick joke. | |

Caught it last night with both my eight-year-old daughter and her friend. Dark. Overly-complex. (The movie not my daughter's friend.) Sweet character development, though, of the main "character," a "Waste Allocation Load Lifter - Earth class" otherwise known as the film's title, "WALL-E." But, still, strangely barren and way too deep for the average eight-year-old WITH THE EXCEPTION of the core "love" story and hence the throughout-the-film reference (as clothier mentioned) of the 1969 film, "Hello Dolly" ("your heart knows in a moment, you will never be alone again. It only takes a moment, to be loved a whole life long. And that is all that love's about"). So, in conclusion, "WALL-E" is, without question, the "Citizen Kane" of post-apocalyptic, love story movies put out by Disney (Pixar).
