I thought she was really annoying in that movie Spanglish. Normally, I think Adam Sandler is annoying, but in this movie, it was her.

(And BTW and on a related note, I find Adam Sandler the most annoying person on the planet. A space normally reserved not for Dane Cook but for his inspid fans who both repeat his "routines" and tell everyone else just how funny he is. )

I am not a Sandler fan, but there are roles where the supporting cast can carry him. One guilty pleasure movie for me is 50 First Dates, which, ironically, is NOT subtitled The Wanderingjew Story. The fact that I like that movie can be easily explained by my fascination of all things Drew Barrymore.

Otherwise, though, you are correct....on both the Sandler and Dane Cook accounts.
