Wow. That was some combustion going on there. I am amazed at how quickly the new ships get up into the air from the time they move from ignition to liftoff.
That video was four minutes long - and from the time it took Apollo to lift off to the time it was no longer viewable on-screen was seconds. Now, they are much quicker into the air, and the cameras can see much farther along.
Yet, it was better television 40 years ago.

for a while there, Mike Eisner controlled the florida weather. i'm not sure who controls thhe weather there now. might be one of the Bush boys.
