| They REALLY DO!JERSEY CITY, N.J. - Jersey City councilman Steven Lipski says he is an alcoholic who lapsed during a concert in Washington, D.C., over the weekend, where he was arrested for allegedly urinating off a balcony onto a crowd.

Only republicans piss on people. actually he is described as a "the two-term Democrat ", but I really had to dig for that. You'd think his party affiliation would be in the first line of every article, but no...he was just referred to as "drunken", and in the Daily News as, "pea-brained"...get it...pea...huh, huh. Here is a picture his Mom can be proud of...  Doesn't he look like that guy you knew in high school or college who would get really loaded and then put his arm around you and tell you he loved you? I hated that guy. | |
