so, Magic is selling off most of his businesses, right? sold off his part of the Lakers, sold off his Starbucks, sold off some of his movie theatres, right? you're all following this, right?

i've heard 2 theories on why he needs the cash.

1 ) he's going to buy the Detroit Pistons

2 ) he's trying to buy and bring an NFL team to L. A.
