COON BALLS

Make in exact proportion:

3 c. Bisquick
1 lb. Jimmy Dean "hot sausage"
1 lb. Cheddar cheese (sharp)
3 tbsp. hot green chile sauce
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder

Mix all ingredients in large bowl, let stand 30 minutes. Roll into balls. Bake or smoke at 350 degrees, 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
