Sodium is something everyone needs to be aware.

The supermarkets have some really high sodium crap on the shelves.

I have always thought that too sweet was worse for you. Hope this makes sense to POW....
It depends on your body and what health challenges you're facing. If you have sodium-sensitive high blood pressure, then salt is really bad. If you are diabetic, then sugar can kill you. If you are a healthy weight, with no particular health problems, then neither sugar nor salt will harm you in reasonable moderation. And your right Cathy...there is a lot of shit on the shelves.
