Why in the name of all that is good and holy is there a minimum 10 character limit on topic titles?????? Don't the powers that be on this half-arsed website know that brevity is the soul of wit?

Try starting a topic with, say, the word damn as the topic title. Can't do it. You get this wank-off message:
