Obama Calls Kanye West a 'Jackass'

While his comment was accurate...is it appropriate for the president to...

1. Be weighing in on matters that are so insignificant?

2. Be calling people jackass?

3. Know who Kanye West is?

I say "no" should be answer to all three.

what? Who?

And he didn't even have the guts to give the comment directly to Fox News.

Two things...

(1) The story, reported by Fox, was about a tweet, from ABC, about an interview...that wasn't on CNBC. I am not sure which network was trying to screw who.

(b) Doesn't the president realize that nothing is off the record?

(iii) I think it is comforting that the president can correctly identify Kanye West as a jackass, but this black-on-black crime really needs to stop.

Makes as much sense as congressional inquiry into baseball players pharmaceutical habits.

Our government pretty much just sucks.
