I absolutely read their FAQ, which claims right there in the Queen's English that it is not a joke. I suppose what would eventually determine whether or not it is a joke is whether or not someone will send them some perfectly real money. To that end, I am CONFIDENT that this is not a joke....some moron will surely send them money.
