movie review

so, we rented "Burn after reading".

it reminded me why I never go to the movies. no plot, no ending, it was a couple of funny lines every 15-20 minutes, but nothing ever happened that was interesting or that makes a good movie. It was my last Coen brother movie. They just aren't funny. Glad it was a free rental.

I suggest renting something else. anything else.

I'm trying to think of the last movie I saw that was really impressive and coming up with zilch. I tried to watch one of the Jason Bourne films a couple weeks ago, but just ended up getting dizzy.

Miracle at St. Anna just showed up On Demand, and I'm hopeful. I doubt Spike and I would agree on much, but the man makes good films.

I'm a HUGE Coen brothers fan but was equally disappointed with "Burn After Reading." Nearly unwatchable (this and despite its indisputable star-power).
