Popey--besides having a thing for apostrophe abuse, I've also got a thing for people who use there/their incorrectly. Surely you could get one of your cardinal sycophants to proof your posts before you hit send, yes?

Many thanks, the Goddess.

Doesn't the Pope speak Vatican as his primary lingo?
Do they really have to concern themselves with such mortal bullshit as our pedestrian worries?
On the other hand, you are a Goddess, so maybe you have inside information about the importance of punctuation and posture
while waiting at the Pearly Gates.

Many apologies my child. I respect your devotion to the written word, but I fear you may have your vestments wound a bit too tight. What I wrote wasn't an encyclical, just an informal note to my subjects.

As for the cardinals, being sycophants, they wouldn't dare correct me. I would probably be better served getting a couple of atheists or Jews on as proof readers. They would have no problem telling me I am wrong.

Good Day Mr. Boy,

While it comes as a surprise to many, there is no vatican language, nor are inhabitants of the vatican knows as vaticanites.

I hope you feel better informed.

This is why folks are drifting away from the Church.
Your own special language might go a long ways towards competing with the megachurches.

Nahhh...Jews only THINK that they're always right. You need to find a people who are ACTUALLY always right.

Maybe you could find some Republicans.

Was it a Bull? What's the difference between a Bull and and encyclical?

And what's with the hats and dresses? Come on, you can tell us.

It is nice to see some genuine interest in religious matters. Thank you my son!

A bull is any type of note that the pope puts out. Some prefer to only consider only important messages a "bull", however, I always felt much of what I wrote was bull. Oh my, I mean it should have been considered a bull. This included vatican bake sale notices, take out orders, or when I would have one of the pages run my numbers. An encyclical, on the other hand, is a statement of church policy that is sent out to the bishops.

As for the hats and dresses, the hats are cool, and the dresses, well, let me just say the airflow is nice.
