Our JH woodshop teacher was named Vern Bonar. Doesn't take much imagination to picture the whole school laughing each time his name was mentioned on the morning announcements. He probably had a hairy ass to boot.

You'd think someone like that would have the forsight to stay out of education.

Just goes to show, those who can, do.....

I doubt that a teacher named Bonar could survive without ridicule teaching any class but the fact that he worked with "wood" had to especially please all of the wiseasses in the school.
